Charles Lindenberg built this Georgian Revival Eclectic style house in 1904.
In 1919 the property was sold to the State of Ohio for $75,000 to be remodeled as the Governor’s Mansion, 10 governors made it their home. From 1977 to 1981 it was The Mansion Restaurant.
